The winery is located in the municipality of La Cadière-d'Azur in the Var department in the very south of the French region of Provence
near the Mediterranean Sea. It was founded in 1975 by the Parisian parents of the current owner, Comte Éric de Saint-Victor. The vineyards cover 50 hectares of vineyards on terraced rocky slopes overlooking the Mediterranean. They are planted with the red varieties Mourvèdre, Cinsaut and Grenache Noir, and the white varieties Clairette and Bourboulenc. The flagship is the long-lasting AC red wine Bandol
from 95% Mourvèdre, which is traditionally aged for 18 months in large oak barrels. A rosé from Mourvèdre and Cinsaut is also produced.
