Synonyms for mostly the variety Blaue Zimmettraube are Blaue Oberfelder, Blauer Hainer, Blaue Zimmttraube, Cernina, Drobna Crnina, Drobna Sipa, Kleinkölner, Kleinmilcher, Kossovina, Krähentraube, Mala Modrina, Modrina, Plesnova, Prava Crnina, Schwarze Zimmettraube, Vranek, Vranik and Zimmerttraube. The synonym Cernina indicates the same identity with the Cellerina (Cenerina) from the Italian Piedmont, which is no longer cultivated today and to which it looks strikingly similar.
