The only island with wine production in the island state of Indonesia; see there.

The presidential republic of Indonesia in Southeast Asia with its capital Jakarta on the island of Java covers a total of 1,904,569 km². The huge island state is sometimes counted as part of Oceania and consists of 17,508 islands, over 6,000 of which are inhabited. Indonesia includes the Greater (except the northern part of Borneo) and Lesser Sunda Islands (except East Timor) as well as the Moluccas. The largest are Bali with 5,780 km², Kalimantan (Borneo) with 751,936 km², Java with 126,700 km², Sulawesi (Celebes) with 189,216 km², Sumatra with 473,481 km², Timor with 87,700 km² (East Timor is an independent state)...
