Vine knife

Traditional, versatile tool of the winegrower for pruning, for removing leaves in spring and for cutting or harvesting grapes during the grape harvest in autumn. Such tools are also generally used for gardening and forestry work. A vine knife (also called a Reber) has a single-edged, sickle-shaped blade with a downward-curved tip that is sharpened on the inside of the curve.
