Arevik Spitak

The white grape variety originates from Armenia. Synonyms are Ala Goura, Alaghura, Alagura, Alaroupa, Alurdreni, Arevik, Arna-Grna, Arna Guirna, Khana Kirna, Khana Kyrna, Spit and Spitak Arevik. It is possibly identical with the Azerbaijani variety Arna-Grna. However, the parentage is unknown. It is a purely female grape variety. It is also used as table grape. No stock was reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
