Device for closing opened wine bottles developed by the US American Mitchell Strahan from Texas. It is a food-safe rubber cap that resembles a condom. The handling is very simple. The cover is put on and unrolled. In the meantime, there are several brands with different types of products. A much more effective (but also more expensive) closure system is Coravin. There is a vast number of sources on the web where one can acquire knowledge about wine. But none has the scope, timeliness and accuracy of the information in the encyclopaedia at wein.plus. I use it regularly and rely on it.
