It was created in 2006 through the merger of the four major wine cooperatives Vignerons de Rabastens, Cave de Técou (both Tarn), Cave de Fronton (Haute-Garonne) and Côtes d'Olt (Lot). The vineyards of the 450 members cover a total of 4,000 hectares of vines where the indigenous varieties Duras, Fer Servadou (Braucol), Len de l'El, Malbec, Mauzac, Négrette and Syrah are cultivated, among others. The product range includes wines from the AC areas of Cahors, Fronton and Gaillac, as well as the Vin de pays Comté Tolosan.
