The winery is located in the free city of Rust in Burgenland (Austria). The Seilers are one of the oldest winemaking families in the village. In 2004 Friedrich Seiler handed over the management of the estate to his son Georg Seiler. A "Buschenschank" is connected. The vineyards cover 12 hectares. 60% of the area is planted with the white wine varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Welschriesling, Neuburger, Gelber Muskateller and Furmint and 40% with the red wine varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The premium wines include the local speciality Ruster Ausbruch (made from different varieties), Gelber Muskateller and the red wine cuvée Sechterberg (Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon). The winery is a member of Cercle Ruster Ausbruch.
