The winery is located in the municipality of Westhofen (Wonnegau area) in the German wine-growing region of Rheinhessen. Viticulture is already in the 6th generation of the family. Today, the winery is run by Klaus and Geisenheim graduate Wolfgang H. Fehlinger. The vineyards cover 15 hectares in the single vineyards Aulerde, Brunnenhäuschen, Kirchspiel, Rotenstein and Steingrube. They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Weißer Burgunder, Grauer Burgunder, Sylvaner, Muskat-Ottonel, Gewürztraminer, Huxelrebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Müller-Thurgau and Kerner, as well as with the red wine varieties Spätburgunder, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder, Portugieser and Cabernet Sauvignon.
