Rosenheck

single vineyard in the municipality of Winzenheim (part of Bad Kreuznach) in the German wine-growing region of Nahe. The southeast-facing vineyards at an altitude of 160 to 200 metres above sea level with a slope of 10 to 40% cover more than 12 hectares of vineyards on clayey-marly loam soils. Here, mainly Riesling is cultivated. The Reichsgraf von Plettenberg winery, for example, has a share in the site. There is another single vineyard called Rosenheck in the municipality of Niederhausen (also in the Nahe).
