Romero de Híjar

The red grape variety (also Romero) originates from . It produces fresh aromatic red wines with itensive aromas of spices, black fruits and liquorice. This extremely rare variety is cultivated by a single producer, Bodegas Fandos y Barriuso in the Bajo Aragón area of the region.
