Pietraviva

The wines of the former DOC area in the Italian region of Tuscany were absorbed into the new DOC area Valdarno di Sopra from the 2012 vintage; see there.

DOC area (also Vald d'Arno di Sopra) for red wines, rosé wines and white wines in the Italian region of Tuscany. The zone, classified since 2011, includes the municipalities of Bucine, Castel Piandiscò, Castiglion Fibocchi, Cavriglia, Civitella in Val di Chiana, Laterina, Loro Ciuffenna, Montevarchi, Pergine Valdarno, San Giovanni Valdarno and Montevarchi in the province of Arezzo. There are also two subzones.
