Kellersberg (single vineyard Germany)

single vineyard in the municipality of Gau-Bischofsheim (Nierstein area) in the German wine-growing region of Rheinhessen. The east to south facing vineyards with slopes of 3 to 10% cover 30 hectares of vineyards. The soils consist of marl with fine sand and clayey loam to clay. Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Silvaner, Ortega and Dornfelder, among others, are cultivated here. The wineries Becker Marco, Escher Anton and Posthof Doll and Göth, for example, have shares in the site.
