In den Felsen

single vineyard in the municipality of Schloßböckelheim in the German wine-growing region of Nahe. The south to southwest facing vineyard with a 40 to 60% slope covers just under seven hectares of vines. The soil consists of stony-gritty loam over sandstone and volcanic rocks. Riesling is the main variety cultivated here. The Anheuser Paul, Hexamer Helmut and Korrell Johanneshof wineries, for example, have shares in the site.
