Gottesfuß

single vineyard in the municipality of Wiltingen (Saar area) in the German Moselle wine-growing region. The extremely steep vineyards facing west-southwest to southwest at an altitude of 160 to 260 metres above sea level with a slope gradient of 50 to 90% cover about four hectares of vineyards on loamy, stony slate and greywacke weathered soil. Only Riesling is cultivated here, in part ungrafted. The Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt and Van Volxem wineries, for example, have shares in the site.
