Dachsbuckel

single vineyard in the municipality of Heidelberg (Badische Bergstrasse area) in the German wine-growing region of Baden. The south-facing vineyards with 15 to 35% slopes cover 7.5 hectares of vines on red sandstone weathered soils. The protective foothills of the Königstuhl massif to the north and east create a special microclimate. The vineyard is solely owned by the Bauer Werner winery.
