DOC area for white wines and red wines in the Italian region of Latium. The zone covers 16 hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Cori and Cisterna di Latina in the province of Latina. The Bianco is blended from Bellone (50%), Malvasia del Lazio (20%), Greco Bianco (15%) and other authorised varieties (max. 15%). The Rosso is made from Nero Buono di Cori (50%), Montepulciano (20%), Cesanese with the varieties Cesanese di Affile and/or Cesanese Commune (15%) and other authorised varieties (max. 15%). The white wine Bellone or the red wine Nero Bruno (also as Riserva with longer ripening period and higher alcohol content) must contain at least 85% of the respective variety.
