Cidreiro

The red grape variety originates from Portugal. Synonyms are Cidreirinha and Pe Curto. The origin (parentage) is unknown. The almost extinct vine is cultivated in very small quantities in the Dão area in the Beiras region. In 2016, only 0.2 hectares of vineyards were reported (Kym Anderson statistics).
