Synonym (also Cavalie) for the grape variety Len de l'El; see there.

The white grape variety originates from France. Synonyms are Cavaillè, Cavaillès, Cavalie, Cavalier, Endelel, Kavale, Kaveler, L'Endelel, Len-de-Lel, Len-del-El, Len de l'Elh, Len-del-Lel, Lenc dé l'El, Lendellet and Loin de I'Oeil. The name, which comes from the Occitan language, means "far from the eyes". The grape stems are very long, so that the grapes are "very far from the eyes (buds)".
