Aromatherapy

Term for a missing note in the wine, which is quite similar to the actual Böckser, but has other substances as its cause. It is caused by various sulphur compounds which, to a lesser extent, have a positive odour reminiscent of fruit, lemon or apple. In stronger expression this is a wine defect.
