The winery is located in the municipality of Neudegg-Großriedenthal in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of . The family business is run by Harald and Maria Hausdorf. The vineyards cover 5.4 hectares of vines in the Hinterberg, Riesmein, Spielberg and Wadenthal vineyards. They are planted to 85% with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner (60%), Roter Veltliner (10%), Frühroter Veltliner (10%) and Riesling (5%), as well as the red wine variety Zweigelt (15%). The vineyards are cultivated according to controlled organic farming methods with the promotion of . Quality-enhancing measures include rigorous , strict selection of the grapes and processing with state-of-the-art cellar technology. The premium wines include, for example, the white wine cuvée Carmen (Roter Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay) aged for 12 months in steel tanks (6 of which on the lees), Grüner Veltliner Riesmein, Grüner Veltliner Wadenthal, Riesling Spielberg, Frühroter Veltliner Hinterberg and Zweigelt Barrique Hinterberg.
