IGT (Land wines)area for white, red and rosé wines in the Italian region of Lombardy. It covers 38 hectares of vineyards in hilly areas of the municipalities of Castiglione delle Stiviere Cavriana, Gonzaga Solferino, Monzambano and Ponti sul Mincio in the province of Mantova. Grape varieties authorised in the region may be used. Varietal wines must contain at least 85% of the variety in question, up to 15% may be other varieties. For the wines, a minimum alcohol content is prescribed differently for each wine type, but no maturation periods.
