DOC area for white wine in the Italian region of Latium. The zone covers in its entirety the two municipalities of Gallicano nel Lazio and Zagarolo in the province of Roma. Wines from here have been known and loved since the 16th century. The wine is blended from at least 70% Malvasia Bianca di Candia and Malvasia Puntinata(Malvasia del Lazio), maximum 30% Trebbiano Toscano, Trebbiano Verde(Verdicchio Bianco) and Trebbiano Giallo, and maximum 10% Bellone and Bombino Bianco. There is also a stronger Superiore.
