Vin de l'année

French designation (wine of the year) for a wine from the last harvest which is not yet a year old; the designation is therefore valid until the next harvest or the next wine. This is used, for example, for "Beaujolais primeur" in the form "Beaujolais de l'année". In Austria this designation corresponds to the Heuriger.
