Roseworthy

In the city north of Adelaide in South Australia, the Agricultural College was founded in 1883. Since then, a large number of not only Australian but also New Zealand viticulture and cellar technicians have been trained here. In 1991 it was affiliated to the Waite Campus of the University of Adelaide. Two other important institutions relating to viticulture in Australia are the AWRI (Australian Wine Research Institute) and Charles Sturt University.
