The winery is located in the municipality of Dorn-Dürkheim (Nierstein area) in the German wine-growing region of Rheinhessen. The winery, which has been in the family for several generations, has been run by Axel and Anke Kreichgauer since 1991. The vineyards cover 12.5 hectares of vineyards in the single vineyard sites Römerberg (Alsheim), Hasensprung and Römerberg (Dorn-Dürkheim), Gau-Odernheim (Fuchsloch), Herrengarten (Oppenheim), and Fraugarten (Wintersheim). They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Bacchus and Ortega, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Dorio and Cabernet Dorsa.
