single vineyard in the municipality of Bodenheim (Nierstein area) in the German wine-growing region of Rheinhessen. The southeast to east-facing vineyards with slopes of up to 35% cover 62 hectares of vineyards. The soils consist of loess, hanging loam and sandy to clayey loam to clay. The varieties cultivated here include Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Blauer Portugieser. The wineries Gauer Jacob, Martinushof and Lieutenant Colonel Liebrecht, for example, have shares in the site.
