Producer description of "Bodegas Vinicola del Guadiana, S.L"
The winery is located in the town of Almendralejo (Badajoz province) in the DO Ribera del Guadiana in the Spanish region of Extremadura. It was founded in 2000 by Francisco María Moreno Camacho, who had previously worked in the Rioja region for 14 years. The red wine varieties Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mazuelo and Syrah are cultivated. The product range includes the two red wines Basangus (cuvée from all four red wine varieties) and the traditionally vinified Vigua (single-varietal from Tempranillo).
