Zitania

The white grape variety (also called Olivette) with reddish berries originates from Israel. The parentage (parenthood) is unknown. The French ampelographer Pierre Galet (1921-2019) assumed that it is identical with the Cypriot variety Xynisteri (with Hebron synonyms indicating the origin Israel). No stocks were reported in 2010 (Kym Anderson)
