The white grape variety (also known as Girò Bianco) originates from Italy. According to DNA analyses carried out in 2017, it originates from a presumably natural cross between Monica Bianca (Hebén) x an unknown parent variety. It is mainly used as table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
