The winery "Wolfgang Zeileis - Kremser Gold" is located in the town of Krems in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Kremstal. It was founded in 2006 by Wolfgang Zeileis. The vineyards cover 1.5 hectares in the Lauschen and Pfaffenberg vineyards, which are planted with Grüner Veltliner and Blauer Zweigelt. The vineyards are cultivated according to organic principles. The grapes are processed in a century-old cellar in the Stein district of Krems. Various Grüner Veltliner wines are produced, including a Kremstal DAC.
