Xynotrageno

The red grape variety (also Xynotragano) originates from Greece. The parentage (parenthood) is unknown. The vine produces acid accentuated red wines, to which the name also refers (Sauerträger). It is cultivated in the region of Epirus. In 2016, however, no stocks were recorded (statistics Kym Anderson).
