Woodruff

The grape variety (also Woodruff's Red) is a new cross between Catawba x Concord; two varieties of the species Vitis labrusca. The cross was made in the USA in 1974 by the private breeder C. H. Woodruff, who gave the variety its name. The red-berried variety is mainly used as table grape.
