Wine seed oil

Also known as grape oil, grape berry oil or wine seed oil, this product is obtained from the grape seeds contained in the press residues (pomace) by cold or warm pressing or extraction and is used as an edible oil. Cold-pressed oil has a light green iridescent colour and is slightly nutty in flavour, with the grape still recognisable in taste.
