The winery is located in the municipality of Gols in the Burgenland wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee (Austria). It is managed by Christian and Thomas Weiss. The vineyards cover 11 hectares of vines in the Edelgrund, Reitäcker, Ungerberg and Zwickeläcker vineyards. They are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Chardonnay, Rivaner and Sämling 88 (Scheurebe), as well as with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Blauburger, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Natural, environmentally friendly viticulture is practised. Depending on the type of wine, the wines are matured in steel tanks, large wooden barrels or in barriques. The premium wines include the red wine cuvées "Blend vom Golser Hotter" (Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Merlot - 18 months in barrique) and "Trinity" (Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Blauburger), as well as "Zweigelt Edelgrund", "Whity" (Rivaner) and the white "Burgundercuvée" (Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay). In years with suitable weather conditions, Trockenbeerenauslese wines are also produced. For allergy sufferers, histamine-free white and red wines are offered under the "HISTAfree" line (histamine below 0.1 mg/l). Certified organic wines are marketed from the 2010 vintage onwards.
