The winery is located in the community of Deutsch-Schützen in the DAC area Eisenberg (Austria). Attached is a Buschenschank. The business is managed by Alfred and Helga Weber. The vineyards comprise three hectares of vineyards in the Ratschen and Weinberg areas. They are 90% planted with the red wine varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, the rest with Welschriesling. The vineyards are cultivated in a natural, environmentally friendly manner according to the KIP (controlled, integrated production) principle. The yields are kept very low. The red wines are aged in large wooden barrels or barriques for up to 12 (Blaufränkisch Weinberg) or 18 months (Vinea) after biological acid reduction. Premium wines include the red wine cuvée "Vinea" (Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon) and Blaufränkisch Weinberg. Around 20,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. Fine brandies are also produced.
