Waiter's Knives

Term (also known as waiter's cutlery) for a crescent-moon shaped instrument often used in gastronomy, which contains a corkscrew, a bottle opener for crown caps and a small knife for removing the capsule. A waiter's knife is an important part of a Sommellier set. See also under Laguiole (famous French community with knife and waiter's knife production) and wine tasting.
