Vostorg

The white grape variety (also Vostorg) is an interspecific new variety between (Zarya Severa x Dolorers) x Russkii Rannii. It contains genes from Vitis amurensis and Vitis vinifera. The hybrid was crossed by the breeders Ya. I. Potapenko, I. A. Kostrikin and A. S. Skripnikova in Rostov (Russia). The frost-hardy vine is used as a winepress and table grape. In 2016, 17 hectares of vines were designated in Moldova (Kym Anderson).
