Vivace

Italian term for a slightly sparkling wine (vivace = lively). Compared to a Frizzante (with the specifications for a sparkling wine, i.e. 1 to 2.5 bar) it has an overpressure of only 1 bar. This applies regardless of the production method; see sparkling wine.
