Designation (Holy Wine) for a mostly sweet wine, which has great significance in many IGT and DOC areas of various regions in Italy as its own wine type. In Tuscany, it is referred to by the protected designation Vin Santo (Vin instead of Vino) (see there). In Greece, this very similar wine is called Vinsanto (without a space in between).
