Vine sponsorship

In the meantime, numerous wineries in many wine-growing countries offer the possibility to take over the sponsorship (so to speak "rent") for vines or a vineyard of a certain size. The contractual conditions vary widely. The minimum payment by the winery is usually one or two bottles of wine per vine and a corresponding mention of the sponsor on the bottle label. However, some wineries also offer the opportunity to help with individual tasks in the vineyard throughout the year, from pruning to harvesting. To a certain extent, you can also have a say in how the wine is matured at individual wineries. However, this can of course only take place in the form of a vote among all godparents if there is a corresponding amount.
