vine population

Designation (also Rebsatz) for the enumeration of all cultivated grape varieties of a vineyard, a wine-growing region or a wine-growing country, whereby the vineyards of the individual varieties are usually also indicated in hectares (Europe) or in acres (overseas). See also under wine-growing countries (with 100 countries), from there under the individual countries and their wine-growing regions, under grape variety (with the 150 most common worldwide) and also under wine production quantities.
