Vin Austria

International trade fair for wine, must and spirits, which takes place annually in March at the Messezentrum Salzburg. The target group is the hotel industry, gastronomy, trade and private wine lovers. In the year 2000 there were 102 exhibitors (83 of them in Austria), 67 additionally represented companies and around 1,200 visitors. Winegrowers from various countries present their wines, fine brandies, fruit juices and musts as well as vinegars and oils. In addition, accessories ranging from corkscrews to wine climate control cabinets and complete cellar equipment are on display. See also under wine events.
