. Mainly hybrids
like Baco Noir, Cayuga, Léon Millot and Seyval Blanc are cultivated, but also European varieties like Chardonnay and Riesling. Typical for the New English states there are also wineries that specialise in cider and berry wines. The most important production plants are Boyden Valley Winery, Joseph Cerniglia Winery, North River Winery, Putney Mountain Winery, Shelburne Vineyard and Snow Farm Vineyard.
