The winery is located in the municipality of Gols in the Burgenland wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee (Austria). The winery is run by Gerhard and Bettina Varga. The vineyards cover 3.5 hectares of vineyards. They are planted with the white wine varieties Welschriesling (main variety), Rheinriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder, Muskat-Ottonell, Chardonnay and Neuburger, as well as the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. Quality criteria are short pruning, appropriate foliage care and yield reduction. The white wines are cooled in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the red wines in large wooden barrels (Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch) and aged for 12 to 18 months in barriques made of French, American, Bulgarian and Hungarian oak. A speciality is an outbreak of Pinot Noir Jg 2007. A sparkling wine is also produced.
