DOC area for red wine in the Italian region of Piedmont. The small zone covers seven hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Almese, Borgone Susa, Bruzolo, Bussoleno, Caprie, Chianocco, Chiomonte, Condove, Exilles, Giaglione, Gravere, Mattie, Meana di Susa, Mompantero, Rubiana, San Didero, San Giorgio di Susa, Susa and Villar Focchiardo in the Susa Valley in the province of Torino. The wine is blended in any blend of the Avanà, Barbera, Dolcetto and Neretta Cuneese varieties (to 60%), as well as other authorised (max. 40%). There is also a Novello.
