Unirea

The white grape variety is a new cross between Crimpoșie x Muscat Ottonel (Muscat Ottonel). The cross was made in Romania by the breeders Gh. Popescu, D. Danulescu, A. Cracana, Gh. Calistru and D. Damian. In 2016, 0.6 hectares of vineyards were designated here (Kym Anderson statistics).
