Single location in the municipality of Altenahr in the German growing region of Ahr
. It is divided into six separate areas, which extend from Altenahr to Pützfeld. Only a small part in the Altenahr area is still farmed. The Ahrbogen, Altenburg and Langfigtal areas lie fallow and can only be recognised by the vineyard walls, which are almost completely overgrown. Of the total of 32 hectares, only one hectare is still being cultivated. The south-facing areas at 150 to 240 metres above sea level consist of greywacke and slate weathered soils. They are planted to 70% with Pinot Noir, as well as Blauer Portugieser, Dornfelder and Riesling.
