Top wine

Designation (also Spitzengewächs or Kreszenz) for a wine of excellent quality in the context of a wine address and wine rating (at least 16 out of 20 or 90 out of 100 points). However, this has no significance in terms of wine law. There are many terms with similar meanings for such wines, these are Erstwein or Grand Vin, Garagenwein, Hauptwein, Kultwein and Premiumwein. See also 1811s, auctions, garage wine, vintage, century wine, comet wine, favourite wines (of famous personalities) and most expensive wines in the world.
