Singular situation in the municipality Bad Kreuznach in the German cultivation area Nahe. It has been known under this name since 1832. The south-facing vineyard at an altitude of 140 to 155 metres above sea level with a slope gradient of 5 to 40% comprises almost seven hectares of vines on loamy gravel soil with some alluvial loess. The two main varieties cultivated here are Riesling and Kerner. The Anheuser Paul and Dönnhoff Hermann wineries, for example, have a share in the site.
